Cat® Product Link™ is a comprehensive remote monitoring and asset management solution, with remarkably intuitive web interfaces that transform data from a customer's entire fleet of equipment into the essential information required to boost productivity, reduce costs and manage risks. Customers easily know where their equipment is, what its doing and how it's performing through the VisionLink® application for construction and the Product Link Web application for the energy and transportation industries.
Product Link wirelessly connects you to your equipment giving you valuable insight into how your machine or fleet is performing. Information such as location, hours, fuel usage, productivity, idle time, and diagnostic codes are made available through online web applications so that you can make timely, fact-based decisions to maximize efficiency, improve productivity, and lower the cost of owning and operating your fleet. Available with satellite or cellular connectivity.
Product Link is deeply integrated into Cat equipment, interacting with engine, transmission and implement control systems to help you take the guesswork out of equipment management. Easy access to timely information can help you effectively manage your fleet and lower operating costs. Features for asset management, fleet monitoring, maintenance, health, utilization, and productivity are available. Product Link is provided factory standard on many Cat models delivered to customers in over 50 countries around the world. The Product Link platform provides support for the specific needs of the construction and power systems industries by offering an intuitive web based user interface specialized for each market. The VisionLink application for construction and the Product Link Web application for the Energy and Transportation Systems industries, offers powerful tools and features to process and convey information to users and dealers. They also include essential tools to manage your entire fleet of equipment incorporating mapping, utilization and more. Hardware options provide the ability to transmit information from (and to) your equipment via cellular network or Low-Earth-Orbit satellites. The family of enabling hardware provides you the ability to select the right fit option for the location for which your fleet operates.
