Easy Maintenance

All engine service points are located on the back side of the swing-out doors at the back of the loader.

Turbocharger

Turbocharger enhances performance and engine efficiency, especially at high altitudes, by packing more air in the cylinders for excellent combustion.

Aftercooler

Jacket water aftercooler reduces smoke and emissions by providing cooler, more efficient combustion. This also extends the life of the piston rings and bore.

Air Intake Heating

Air intake heating eases cold weather starting. Operator controlled switch activates air-intake heater.

Unit Injectors

Individual, high-pressure unit injectors atomize fuel efficiently for fast response, increased fuel economy with low emissions.

Fuel Pre-filter and Water Separator Element

Fuel pre-filter and water separator element combined with two high efficiency micron fuel filters, in series, ensure excellent fuel cleanliness, provide extended injector life, fuel system durability and protection.

Main Frame

Main frame features integral construction, incorporating a high capacity fuel tank to increase operating time and eliminate the need for an external counterweight.

Platform Frame

Platform frame is constructed around four wide-base stabilizers. The design centers the swing bearing.

Boom and Stick

Boom and stick are engineered for combination pull-through delimbing and truck loading.

Factory Installed Options

Factory installed options are available to enhance the versatility of the 539 loader, including a fifth-wheel trailer, pull through delimber with topping saw, continuous rotation grapple and ground saw hydraulics.

Joysticks

Joysticks control all implement and grapple functions.

Foot Swing

Foot swing is controlled by a double-acting, single pedal.

Hydraulic Activation Control Lever

Hydraulic activation control lever deactivates hydraulic functions when the operator exits the cab. It is located out of the line of sight to the work area.

FOGS and OPS

FOGS and OPS protected cab exceeds all OSHA regulations for operator protection. Applicable guards can be easily removed for window cleaning.

Air Conditioner

Standard air conditioner provides year-round comfort for the operator.

Load-Sensing Hydraulic System

Closed-center, load-sensing hydraulic system offers reduced maintenance, extended component life, cooler hydraulic oil temperatures and increased performance compared to competitive systems.

Piston Motor

Fixed-displacement piston motor and multiple-stage, planetary final drive swing system deliver high initial torque combined with high rotational speed to maximize pull-through delimbing performance.
